Order Information

Changing or Canceling Your Order
Once you have confirmed your order processing begins and the order cannot be changed or cancelled on line. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them out to you as quickly as possible. When you have received your order, simply return to us any items you do not want, by following our return instructions. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at 1-877-GRN-POMA, Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm Eastern Time or email us anytime at info@greenpoma.com.

Shipping

Most orders for in-stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is approved, and it is our goal to ship all in-stock items within 72 hours of order placement. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

While we do our best to keep all items on our website in stock, there may be instances when an item you order may not be available.

In the event an item is out of stock or back ordered, you will be notified by e-mail of the date the items are expected to arrive at our warehouse. You will have the opportunity to wait for delivery, or you may cancel your order. In any event, you will not be charged for any back-ordered item until it is shipped to you.

Special Order Items
A few of the items on the website always need to be special ordered because we don’t keep them in stock. In those cases, the lead time is indicated on the product information page.

Shipping Notification/Order Tracking
When domestic shipping labels are prepared and printed, you will receive notification via email from UPS. If you do not receive notification within 72 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us. Our email will include your Tracking Number. UPS with signature confirmation is strongly recommended if package security is a concern in your area.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • Unfortunately we cannot ship to any destination outside of the United States at this time.
  • You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted within 30 days. All returned items must be returned in original and unused condition with the original packing materials. Please make sure that items are well packed (additional packaging may be necessary) and insured for the full value of the order. A restocking fee may apply to any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.

To make a return or exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain this, please email us at info@greenpoma.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We’ll then reply back with your RMA #, which you’ll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Please do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.

Upon receipt of the shipment, GreenPoma.com will contact you by email to confirm receipt and completion of exchange or credit. Please reference your RMA number when calling to check on the status of your return.

Damages/Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. No claims can be made after 48 hours. If for some reason there is damage or defect to your item, please notify us immediately. Call 1-877-GRN-POMA Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm or email any time at info@greenpoma.com. Please retain all packaging for inspection by the shipper.

Sales Tax
Because we are an online shop located in tax free New Hampshire, GreenPoma.com does not collect sales tax on any orders. Residents in other states are responsible for complying with local state tax laws.
